从老挝的外籍和越南籍居住民的管理规定、申请加入老挝国籍的法律条款、办理相关居留手续事宜以及老挝的越南籍移民面临的政策挑战等几个方面,结合老挝当地的实际情况,初步探讨了老挝的外籍和越南籍居住民的法律及政策,以期进一步全面理解老挝的移民政策。
從老撾的外籍和越南籍居住民的管理規定、申請加入老撾國籍的法律條款、辦理相關居留手續事宜以及老撾的越南籍移民麵臨的政策挑戰等幾箇方麵,結閤老撾噹地的實際情況,初步探討瞭老撾的外籍和越南籍居住民的法律及政策,以期進一步全麵理解老撾的移民政策。
종로과적외적화월남적거주민적관리규정、신청가입로과국적적법률조관、판리상관거류수속사의이급로과적월남적이민면림적정책도전등궤개방면,결합로과당지적실제정황,초보탐토료로과적외적화월남적거주민적법률급정책,이기진일보전면리해로과적이민정책。
Based on the national conditions of Laos,the author makes a preliminary study of laws and policies for oversea and Vietnamese Lao residents in respects of regulations on oversea and Vietnamese Laos residents,laws for applying for Lao citizenship,policies about procedures for residence permits,and challenges that oversea and Vietnamese Lao residents are faced with.By discussing these laws and policies,the author is expecting to have a further and overall insight into Lao immigration policies.
