采用43个团队的样本数据,用层次回归分析和多重中介效应检验方法,研究在以学术带头人制为管理模式的科研团队中,变革型领导和团队创新氛围(TCI)四个维度在变革型领导和团队创造力之间的多重中介效应。结果表明变革型领导对团队创造力和TCI四个维度都有显著的正向影响。创新导向和任务导向显著正向影响团队创造力,以及中介与变革型领导和团队创造力的关系;团队目标和参与安全对团队创造力的作用不显著,中介效应不显著。
採用43箇糰隊的樣本數據,用層次迴歸分析和多重中介效應檢驗方法,研究在以學術帶頭人製為管理模式的科研糰隊中,變革型領導和糰隊創新氛圍(TCI)四箇維度在變革型領導和糰隊創造力之間的多重中介效應。結果錶明變革型領導對糰隊創造力和TCI四箇維度都有顯著的正嚮影響。創新導嚮和任務導嚮顯著正嚮影響糰隊創造力,以及中介與變革型領導和糰隊創造力的關繫;糰隊目標和參與安全對糰隊創造力的作用不顯著,中介效應不顯著。
채용43개단대적양본수거,용층차회귀분석화다중중개효응검험방법,연구재이학술대두인제위관리모식적과연단대중,변혁형령도화단대창신분위(TCI)사개유도재변혁형령도화단대창조력지간적다중중개효응。결과표명변혁형령도대단대창조력화TCI사개유도도유현저적정향영향。창신도향화임무도향현저정향영향단대창조력,이급중개여변혁형령도화단대창조력적관계;단대목표화삼여안전대단대창조력적작용불현저,중개효응불현저。
Based on a sample of 43 teams with principle investigator system, intermediary effects of TCI four dimensions are discussed using the methods of regression analysis and multiple mediation effects testing. The results suggest the transformational leadership has significantly positive impacts on team creativity and TCI four dimensions. Meanwhile support for innovation and task orientation positively affect team creativity, mediate the relationship between transformational leadership and team creativity. However mediation effects of both vision and participative are not so significant, the impacts on team creativity as well.
