Late Qing Dynasty; Social Change; Send Envoys
晚清外交适逢千古未有之变局,外力冲击日益严重,社会转型日渐剧烈,国人对近代外交的认知日加深化。随着清季社会的变迁,清廷遣使驻外经历了从最初的抵拒,到不断地变通、调适,最终与国际社会接轨的动态变化过程。本文拟对此做一系统探讨,以见晚清社会变迁于遣使驻外的助推作用。
晚清外交適逢韆古未有之變跼,外力遲擊日益嚴重,社會轉型日漸劇烈,國人對近代外交的認知日加深化。隨著清季社會的變遷,清廷遣使駐外經歷瞭從最初的牴拒,到不斷地變通、調適,最終與國際社會接軌的動態變化過程。本文擬對此做一繫統探討,以見晚清社會變遷于遣使駐外的助推作用。
만청외교괄봉천고미유지변국,외력충격일익엄중,사회전형일점극렬,국인대근대외교적인지일가심화。수착청계사회적변천,청정견사주외경력료종최초적저거,도불단지변통、조괄,최종여국제사회접궤적동태변화과정。본문의대차주일계통탐토,이견만청사회변천우견사주외적조추작용。
Diplomacy of the late Qing Dynasty had been in rarely changing situation,with increasingly severe external shocks and social transformation,and awareness of people on modern diplomacy which had been deepening daily.With the social changes of the Qing Dynasty,the Qing Dynasty＇s sending envoys abroad had experienced a dynamic process of change from the first rejection,to the continual modifications,and to ultimate international community.There is a systematic discussion in this paper by which we can find out the role of social change in the late Qing＇s sending envoys abroad.
