针对高校青年教师的特点,从师德的内涵、高校青年教师的责任心和教学态度、教学技能、教研教改与科学研究、青年教师培养平台、制度建设和环境氛围等7个方面介绍了构建青年教师教学能力培养体系的具体内容,并就提高高校青年教师的教学能力提出了具体措施。
針對高校青年教師的特點,從師德的內涵、高校青年教師的責任心和教學態度、教學技能、教研教改與科學研究、青年教師培養平檯、製度建設和環境氛圍等7箇方麵介紹瞭構建青年教師教學能力培養體繫的具體內容,併就提高高校青年教師的教學能力提齣瞭具體措施。

According to characteristics of young college teachers, we introduced the concrete contents of training system construction of teaching ability for young teachers from seven respects, which were the connotation of teachers' moral, responsibility and teaching attitude, teaching skills, teaching and scientific research, training platform, system construction, and environment atmosphere. We also put forward some methods to effectively improve the teaching ability of young college teachers.
