采用替代法、收入法、支出法和生态系统服务价值当量因子表法对兰州农业多能价值进行了实证分析,测算得出2008年兰州农业多功能价值为189.97×108元,其非经济功能价值是经济功能价值的2.87倍,表明当地农业系统不仅仅提供农产品和原材料,还具有生态、社会、文化等多种功能。指出干旱半干旱地区应建立健全多功能农业运行、激励和补偿机制,推动农业经济、生态、社会等多种功能全面协调发展。

Adopting the substitute method, income and expense method and ecosystem services value unit factor method, this paper analyzes the multi-function value of agriculture in Lanzhou and gets the conclusion that multi-- function value of agriculture in 2008 is about 189.97 billion yuan RMB, the value of non-economic function is 2.87 times of the value of economic function. The results indicate that local agricultural system provides not only farm products and materials, but also ecological, social, cultural and other functions. According to this conclusion, the paper considers that the working mechanism,incentive mechanism and compensation mechanism of multi-function agriculture should be established and improved, we should promote the all-round and harmonious development of agricultural ecological system, economic system and social system.
