生活在川北的羌族和白马藏族是我国西部人文地理版图中独特而具有代表性的文化种群,其历史与文化主要通过口耳传承。随着时代的变迁、经济的发展、现代文明的冲击以及地震等自然灾害的打击,体现民族特色的传统文化大量流失,其独具特色的服饰、刺绣、歌曲、舞蹈等民族民俗文化遗产日渐衰落。文章拟从上述民俗艺术的四个方面,探讨两个民族在现代化进程中所遇到的一系列问题,以及传统同质的社会在面临分化加剧、利益格局复杂化的挑战下,如何建立起有效的社会调节机制,寻求原生态且民族特色浓厚的民俗文化艺术在现代可持续发展的途径及方式。以此抛砖引玉.推动全社会对于薯.族、白马藏族民俗文化艺术的关注和研究.

Qiang ethinie minority and Baima Tibetan in the north of Sichuan Province are two unique and most representa- tive cultural ethnic groups in west China in terms of human geography. It' s history and culture is taught and passed orally. In face of changes of time, developments of economy and clash of modem culture as well as strike of natural disasters like the big earthquake , their characteristic history and culture handed down through oral account are being lost rapidly. The unique national cultural heritages, including costumes, embroidery, songs, and dances are on the wane. From these four perspectives, this essay is to discuss a series of problems of the two ethinie minorities in the process of modernization. Challenged by the growing differentiation of the traditional homogeneous society and complication of the social interest structure, the essay observes how to build an effective social adjustment mechanism for them and how to keep sustainable development of their original folk culture and art with distinct national and regional characteristics. This is a modest spur to attract people' s concern about the two minorities' folk culture and art, and to promote more research on them.
