体育领域，特别是竞技体育领域基于运动伤害所导致的侵权纠纷日益被人们所关注。通过对中关竞技体育领域运动员之间运动伤害侵权行为的比较研究，试图发现两国在这一领域法律适用上的异同点，并根据我国国情借鉴对方经验，为我国相关立法的完善提供依据。
