在科学技术化、技术科学化的路径演进下,技术在运动员训练中所扮演的角色由“辅助者”转变为“主导者”,竞技训练科学化理念日益被技术化理念所取代。训练中最具个性和活力的人文元素、整体观念均被技术的功利性和效率性所弱化,甚至被绝缘于训练系统之外,导致训练的目的与手段“倒置”,训练的所有层面均以技术理性为准,使训练过程预先被功利化、模式化、程序化,而丧失其人文性和训练独有的人类活动意义。从技术哲学视角出发,论证了运动员训练中技术的反“主体性”,表明技术的控制性、物化性、单一强化的局限性会使运动员的训练处于困境与危机中。进而站在技术哲学的人文关怀角度阐述了运动员绿色训练理念的理论根源、内涵及价值,目的在于建立人性的、和谐的、可持续的训练理念,为运动员竞技训练中技术的发明和应用提供理论依据。

Along with path evolution of technology-scientificalization and science-technologization, the role that technology plays in athletes training changes from the facilitator into the master, and the scientific concept in athletes training has gradually been replaced by the technological concept. The most individualized and vigorous humanistic elements and holistic concepts have been weakened by the utilitarianism and efficiency-orientation of the technology, or even been excluded from the training system, which leads to the misplacement of the end and means. In this case, all aspects in the training are technology-oriented, making in advance the training process utilitarian, stereotyped, and programmed, thus losing its humanistic significance which is unique in human activities. In view of the above-mentioned, from the perspective of philosophy of technology, this paper discusses the anti-subjectivity of technology in athletes training and shows that the domination and materialization of technology and the limitations of monotonous intense training put athletes training in plight and crisis. Furthermore, this paper states the theoretical source, connotation and value of green training concept for athletes in the perspective of humanistic concerns of technology philosophy. The purpose is to establish a humanistic, harmonious, sustainable training concept and provide theoretical basis for invention and application of technology in athletes training.
