20世纪90年代后期以来，日本对华直接投资（FDI）的结构发生了新变化。本文采用1989—2010年的数据，分析日本FDI和中日机电产品产业内贸易的关系，结果表明，日本FDI与中日机电产品产业内贸易水平呈负相关；日本FDI转向以市场为导向，并没有改变中日以垂直产业内贸易为主的贸易模式；中国的实际贸易竞争力水平还有待进一步提高。
20世紀90年代後期以來，日本對華直接投資（FDI）的結構髮生瞭新變化。本文採用1989—2010年的數據，分析日本FDI和中日機電產品產業內貿易的關繫，結果錶明，日本FDI與中日機電產品產業內貿易水平呈負相關；日本FDI轉嚮以市場為導嚮，併沒有改變中日以垂直產業內貿易為主的貿易模式；中國的實際貿易競爭力水平還有待進一步提高。

This paper using the data between 1989 and 2010 analysises empirically the influence of Japan＇s direct investment on the intra-industry level of Sino-Japanese mechanical and electrical products, and draws a conclusion of negative correlation between Japan＇s direct investment and the intra-industry level of Sino-Japanese me- chanical and electrical products, further confirms that Japan＇s direct investment has gradually shifted to be market-oriented, but that does not change the pattern of vertical intra-industry trade of Sino-Japanese mechanical and electrical products. China＇s trading competitiveness remains to be further improved.
