工作满意度问题目益成为经济学关注的问题。工作满意度对预测劳动者的劳动生产率、工作稳定性和主观幸福水平具有重要意义。本文通过问卷调查的方式研究了澳门居民工作满意度及其影响因素。分析发现就业部门、年龄、教育、绝对收入和相对收入都与工作满意度有相关关系,其中影响最大的因素是收入满意度、同上司关系满意度等。

Job satisfaction has become a main concern of economics. Job satisfaction has significance in forecasting the labor productivity, job stability and subjective well-being of employees. The research has studied the job satisfaction of Macao employees and the influencing factors by a questionnaire survey. The research found the industry sectors the employees worked in, age, education, absolute income and relative income were all related with job satisfaction. The most important influence factors on overall job satisfaction were related with job characteristics, including income satisfaction, relationship with one's boss and others.
