终身雇佣制作为日本式管理的重要特征,曾引领了日本战后经济的飞速发展,从而引起了全世界的关注。而在日本经济长期低迷的时期,终身雇佣制又饱受了病诟与质疑。本文从历史变迁的角度对终身雇佣制的内涵、成因、作用机理、作用条件、变迁和变迁原因进行了研究,并期待此研究对中国企业管理和比较管理产生借鉴意义。
終身僱傭製作為日本式管理的重要特徵,曾引領瞭日本戰後經濟的飛速髮展,從而引起瞭全世界的關註。而在日本經濟長期低迷的時期,終身僱傭製又飽受瞭病詬與質疑。本文從歷史變遷的角度對終身僱傭製的內涵、成因、作用機理、作用條件、變遷和變遷原因進行瞭研究,併期待此研究對中國企業管理和比較管理產生藉鑒意義。

As the important characteristic of Japanese management, lifetime employment has led the rapid development of Japanese postwar economy, which caused the attention of the whole world. But lifetime employment also has been accused in Japanese long-term depression period. From a historical perspective, this paper studies connotation, causes, mechanism, action condition, changes and reasons of changes of lifetime employment, and looks forward to contributing to Chinese enterprise management and comparative management research.
