应用DEA的Malmquist指数方法,对2000—2009年海南省及各市县农业全要素生产率进行测算和分解。结果表明,海南省的全要素生产率整体呈上升趋势,但增长速度缓慢,而各市县的全要素生产率差异较大。推动海南省及各县市农业生产率增长的主要原因是技术进步,技术效率则受纯技术效率和规模效率的共同影响,而海南省的规模效率普遍偏低,因此提高TFP增长率的途径应该是加快科技创新并提高投入要素的规模效益。

Malmquist Index was used to calculate and analyze the total factor productivity (TFP) of Hainan agri- culture from 2000 to 2009. The results showed that the total factor productivity of Hainan agriculture presented a constant rising trend, but the growth speed was slow and there were significant differences in total factor produc- tivity among different cities and counties. The main impetus to promote the growth of TFP of Hainan agriculture is technical progress. Technical efficiency was influenced by both pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency, but the scale efficiency of Hainan agriculture was generally low. So in order to improve TFP growth, technologi- cal innovation must be accelerated and scale effect of input factors must be raised.
