采用文献资料法、问卷调查法和数理统计法,对北京市高校体育中健康教育的开展情况和制约因素进行调查与分析。研究发现:二者的结合还处于探索阶段,缺乏科学的指导体系;健康教育课程开展数量少;由于课时有限、师资水平有限、缺乏相关培训及领导的重视程度不够等原因,目前北京市高校体育教育和健康教育的融合还需要进一步深化;提出网络教育资源的建立可以很好地缓解以上问题,为体育健康教育的实际教学或网络教学提供可靠资源。网络教育资源的构建要以提高学生健康意识和健康知识为前提,以健康行为和生活方式教育为主要内容,以增强自我监测、自我处理、自我保健能力为目标。建议加强学校健康教育师资的整合利用,尤其是加强体育师资的培训,以加速二者在高校体育教学中的有效融合。

Through using the method of literature review, questionnaire and mathematical statistics, this paper makes analysis and investigation on health education development and restricting factor in college physical education in Beijing. The result shows that the unity of physical education and health education in universities is still in an infancy phase, and lack of scientific guidance system. Health education curriculum is in a small number. Because of limited class hour, and the level of the teachers limited, lack of training and leadership seriously enough, the unity of current college physical education and health education in Beijing still needs further. This paper puts forward that network educational resources can reduce these problems and will be a dependable resource to conduct practical teaching and online teaching. The network teaching resources construction should elevate students ~ health awareness and enriching their relative knowledge and center on teaching the healthy manner and life styles, in the hopes of enhancing their self- monitoring, self-serving and self-care capabilities at last. It suggests that we should promote the health ed- ucators' integration and utilization, especially the faculty trainings in order to speed up their effective integration in college physical education.
