Paternalistic Leadership; Innovation Performance; Corporate Social Responsibility Orientation
本文依据以往研究从家长式领导理论的文化本源分析了三种领导方式之间的作用差异,及其可能对组织创新活动产生的影响,并分析了社会责任取向的调节作用。借助E-Prime软件进行模拟情境实验,结果发现,在一般情境中,德行领导和仁慈领导对组织创新绩效的正向影响显著高于威权领导的作用;但在高社会责任取向下,威权领导对组织创新绩效的正向作用大于德行和仁慈的影响;而在低社会责任取向下,威权领导比德行和仁慈领导的负向作用更强。

Based on Chinese traditional culture and the paternalistic leadership theory ,this paper analyzes the differ- ence among the three kinds of leadership, and the influence they may take to the organization's innovation performance. The theoretical model also takes the corporate responsibility orientation into account for it act as a moderator on these relation- ships. This study conduct simulation experiments with E leadership have more positive influence on organization's mon context. However, authoritarian leadership with high -Prime software, and find that, moral leadership and benevolent innovation performance than authoritarian leadership under corn- social responsibility orientation (CSRO) has more positive influ- ence on organization's innovation performance than moral and benevolent leadership. When in a low CSRO context, authori- tarian leadership has more negative influence on innovation performance than the others. The conclusions give us some meaningful revelations
