对嘉应学院增设运动训练学（足球方向）的实证分析认为,地域特色体育文化为新建地方本科院校办学从趋同到求异提供了重要的素材与资源。前提是政府放权,核心是创建有特色的足球方向品牌学科,关键是建设高水平的足球方向师资队伍,目标是培养一专多能的足球方向特色应用型人才,保障是完善＂市校合作＂办学机制。

At present, discipline of sports of newly-buih local universities develops quickly. However, problem is that most universities have similar such discipline. Discipline of football of Jiaying University is a good example of how to combine the regional sports cultural characteristics with the discipline. It shows that to successfully build a discipline of sports, the support of the local government and the construction of special characteristics are of vital im- portance. Meanwhile, high level teachers, joint operation of the discipline of the city and the university are neces- sary
