作为一种典型的利益相关者组织,大学的教学改革无不受着利益主体的牵制和影响。基于学院、教师、学生的利益诉求,通识教育改革模式可概括为集中模式与分散模式、兼职模式与专任模式、自由模式与限制模式。唯有充分尊重和考虑各利益相关者的利益,实现利益主体间某种相对的平衡,通识教育改革才能稳步有效地推进和实施。

As the university is a typical organization of stakeholders, its teaching reform is constrained and influenced by the stakeholders. In answer for the appeal of the college, the teacher and the student, the modes of general education reform can be categorized into three pairs: the centralized mode and the distributed mode, the part-time mode and the full-time mode, the free mode and the restricted mode. Only if full respect and ad- equate consideration are given to the interests of all stakeholders, can the reform of general education be pro- moted steadily and conducted effectively.
