探讨了竞争性战略联盟中,资源依赖性对联盟企业间关系风险的影响。通过对重庆、深圳、西安等地近500名企业中高层管理人员的问卷调查,利用结构方程模型,从实证的角度,研究了竞争性战略联盟中资源依赖性与关系风险的相关关系。研究结果表明,资源的结构依赖性对联盟的机会主义风险和伙伴利益冲突风险显著正相关,而资源的过程依赖性对联盟的伙伴利益冲突风险影响显著,对联盟的机会主义风险影响不显著。因此,企业在进行竞争性战略联盟活动时,只有采取措施降低对联盟伙伴资源的结构性依赖和过程性依赖,才能降低联盟间的关系风险,保证联盟的成功。

This paper discusses the influence of the firm's interdependence of resource on the alliance relanonsnlp risks m me competitive strategic alliances. Through a survey for senior executives whose firms have established a strategic alliance with other firms from nearly 500 enterprises in Chongqing, Shenzhen, Xi'an and other places, this paper uses structural e quation model to study the correlation between the firm's interdependence of resource and the alliance relationship risks in the competitive strategic alliances from an empirical view. The results show that the structural resource interdependence has a significantly positive correlation effect on both the opportunism risk of the alliance partners and the interest conflict risk. The process resource interdependence has a significantly positive correlation effect on the interest conflict risk, while the effect on the opportunism risk is not significant. It shows that the enterprises in competitive strategic alliances need to take measures to reduce the structural and process interdependence on alliance partners" resource in order to reduce the re- lationship risk between partners and make sure the success of coalition.
