With the intensification of enterprise competition environment, dynamic competence theory believes that, to adapt to the changing environment, the enterprise needs to integrate, build, and reconfigure internal and external competences to obtain a sustainable competitive advantage. Nowadays, extensive application of information and network technology has changed the foundation of the enterprise competition, and then the enterprises competition changes from the competition among individual enterprises to the competition among business ecosystems. The framework of the dynamic capability can be expanded to the scenario of the business ecosystem. We can identify the demand for resources, select the partners, build the value network, obtain the complementary resources, distribution the internal and external knowledge and resources, share and protect their own advantages of resources and gain the competitive advantages according to the strategic selection. After the business ecosystem entered into the degenerating stage, we should seek for new opportunities of innovation and cooperation and chase for the sustainable development with the help of a healthy business ecosystem and the continual innovation in the light of overdue competition. The traditional publishing enterprises should selectively enter into one or some business ecosystems and share the knowledge and coordination effect to establish their own leading position. And the construction and cultivation of dynamic capabilities is the key for the traditional publishing enterprises to cope with threat brought by external community and gain the sustainable competitive advantages.
