立足于海洋经济可持续发展的基本目标,探讨发展海洋产业低碳化核算问题。尝试运用改进的Kaya等式和LMDI分解法,对海洋产业CO2排放量变动的影响因素进行了测算与贡献率分析,运用碳排放系数核算了海洋产业碳排放值及碳排放强度,并根据核算结果提出海洋产业低碳化的实现思路。
立足于海洋經濟可持續髮展的基本目標,探討髮展海洋產業低碳化覈算問題。嘗試運用改進的Kaya等式和LMDI分解法,對海洋產業CO2排放量變動的影響因素進行瞭測算與貢獻率分析,運用碳排放繫數覈算瞭海洋產業碳排放值及碳排放彊度,併根據覈算結果提齣海洋產業低碳化的實現思路。

This article based on the basic objectives of sustainable development of marine industries, explores the deveIopment of marine low-carbon economy model. The article attempts to use a modified Kaya equation and LMDI decomposition method to calculate and analyze of contribution rate of the CO2 emissions changes on marine industries impact factors, and uses of the carbon emission factor to calculate the value of the marine carbon emissions and carbon intensity, and puts forward the low-carbon path of the marine industries in accordance with the accounting results.
