作为“非传统安全”的一个新兴领域，留学安全及其所涉及的范围逐步扩展并渐入人们视野。随着中国大陆出国留学人员数量突破220万人，涉及有关留学安全问题的种类、事件和案例与日俱增。构建“中国留学安全战略”是应对这种趋势的必要措施，是保障我国出国留学事业健康有序发展的重要选择。
作為“非傳統安全”的一箇新興領域，留學安全及其所涉及的範圍逐步擴展併漸入人們視野。隨著中國大陸齣國留學人員數量突破220萬人，涉及有關留學安全問題的種類、事件和案例與日俱增。構建“中國留學安全戰略”是應對這種趨勢的必要措施，是保障我國齣國留學事業健康有序髮展的重要選擇。
작위“비전통안전”적일개신흥영역，류학안전급기소섭급적범위축보확전병점입인문시야。수착중국대륙출국류학인원수량돌파220만인，섭급유관류학안전문제적충류、사건화안례여일구증。구건“중국류학안전전략”시응대저충추세적필요조시，시보장아국출국류학사업건강유서발전적중요선택。
As the new field of non-traditional security, the issue of security of overseas study is becoming a hot topic and has aroused wide public concern. As the number of overseas Chinese has increased to 2.3 million, the problems related to security of overseas study are increasing correspondingly. Constructing the strategy of security of overseas study is the necessary measure to ensure the healthy development of the undertaking of overseas study.
