森林食品具有较高的营养价值、医疗保健价值，而且属于无污染的绿色食品。本文通过查阅近年来的福建省主要森林食品的相关数据，分析福建省主要森林食品的生产能力，提出结合我省粮食情况，提高森林食品生产能力解决粮食安全问题的建议。
