从欧盟教育标准的新视角入手,着重研究欧盟教育标准框架"一体"与"多元"教育体系,充分认识欧盟各成员国在政治、经济、文化上存在着的差异,建立动态的教育标准框架,研究他们在教育上的优劣,根据各国不同的发展现状,求同存异,最后提出建立欧盟教育标准的基本思路,并结合我国教育的实际情况以及欧盟教育的特点,去其糟粕,取其精华,为我国教育发展提供指导和借鉴。
從歐盟教育標準的新視角入手,著重研究歐盟教育標準框架"一體"與"多元"教育體繫,充分認識歐盟各成員國在政治、經濟、文化上存在著的差異,建立動態的教育標準框架,研究他們在教育上的優劣,根據各國不同的髮展現狀,求同存異,最後提齣建立歐盟教育標準的基本思路,併結閤我國教育的實際情況以及歐盟教育的特點,去其糟粕,取其精華,為我國教育髮展提供指導和藉鑒。
종구맹교육표준적신시각입수,착중연구구맹교육표준광가"일체"여"다원"교육체계,충분인식구맹각성원국재정치、경제、문화상존재착적차이,건립동태적교육표준광가,연구타문재교육상적우렬,근거각국불동적발전현상,구동존이,최후제출건립구맹교육표준적기본사로,병결합아국교육적실제정황이급구맹교육적특점,거기조박,취기정화,위아국교육발전제공지도화차감。
From the new EU education standard perspective,this paper focuses on the EU education standard framework, the Unification and Pluralism system. Fully recognizing the differences among the EU member states in politics, economy, and culture, we create a dynamic educational standard framework, investigate their advantages and disadvantages in education,and try to seek common ground while reserving differences according to different development status of the member states,and finally we propose the b~sic idea of the establishment of the EU education standards. Combine the actual situation of education in China with the EU education characteristics, "absorb the essence and discard the dross",we hope to provide some guidance and reference for the development of China's education.
