开发区能够为区内企业提供“一揽子”政策优惠和便利条件。本文着重考察国家级开发区对出口贸易的促进作用。我们基于2002年数据的回归估计发现，开发区显著地促进了区内企业的出口贸易及其二元边际，其中对广度的影响更加明显。不同贸易方式样本的估计结果显示，开发区的出口促进作用对加工贸易的影响更加明显。稳健性估计显示，开发区对外资企业出口的促进作用最大，国有企业次之，对内资非国有企业出口的影响为负。

This paper analyzes the export -promoting effect of Economy ＆ Technique Development Area （ETDA） empirically. Our estimation results suggest that ETDA significantly boosts the volume of export, which are realized via both the extensive margin and intensive margin. Additional comparisons show that the effect on the extensive margin is stronger. Regressions based on different types of export show that the promotion of ETDA on process trade is larger than that on ordinary trade. Further, we find that the ETDA does promote the export of the foreign enterprises, but its effect on the SOEs is modest. As to the collective and private enterprises, the effects are negative.
