In contemporary world, financial globalization has increasingly extended to all regions of the world. In this process, trading activities have become more frequent in international financial markets. Meantime, financial risks and crises occur from time to time and affect the overall economic performance. In such circumstances, as one great developing country, China must play its own responsible and constructive role in the process of participation in international financial governance. Furthermore, it should find out scientific, rational, and effective participating strategies and methods for stability and development of the global financial order.
