近年我国出现了较高的通货膨胀率,原因之一是在美元持续贬值的背景下,央行为了稳定人民币汇率,发行过多基础货币对冲外汇的净流入。尽管人民币从汇改以来一直保持升值态势,但稳定汇率仍然是央行的重要任务。不让人民币过快升值的举措是为了延续出口的增长,而保证出口是我国经济增长的比较优势发展战略。但随着美元的持续贬值,人民币不得不升值,出口在今后将很难成为经济增长的动力,实行内需驱动的经济发展战略更能保证我国经济可持续发展。建立在经济发展战略调整基础上的人民币升值,可有效抑制通货膨胀。
