The training models for personnel of research and practicability of ideological and political education major under globalization keep centering on the improvement of the research ability, practical ability and innovative ability, and aiming at serving the development of the basic education science in ethnic regions. They are required to innovate educational and teaching notion, to optimize the training project of the ideological and political education major, to adjust the structure of the major curricula, to deepen the teaching reform, to set up and perfect practical and experimental teaching bases, to reform teaching evaluation system, and to explore the new training models with distinctive regional characteristics to suit the development of the basic education of the ethnic regions for a more outstanding result.
