为探讨青海高原不同民族的体质状况,促进青藏高原地区各民族体质和健康水平改善,本文以“青海省国民体质监测数据库”数据为研究内容,对生活在青海省的汉、藏、回、蒙古、撒拉和土族等不同民族成年人(20~59岁)进行体质状况评定与分析。结果表明,各民族的体质达标情况从好到差依次为:蒙古族、汉族、撒拉族、土族、藏族和回族,各民族成年人的身体形态、身体机能和身体素质相互比较各有特点,这与不同民族的居住自然环境、生活习惯、体育活动等有关。为此,建议在青海高原地区应针对不同民族的实际情况和需求,加强体育锻炼健身宣传和健康指导工作,并深入开展体质研究,采取开发民族传统运动项目等多方措施,以促进青海高原各民族体质的增强。

In order to explore the physical condition of different nationalities in Qinghai Plateau and provide the references to improve their physical fitness levels, the paper is based on the data from "the original database of Qinghai national physical fitness monitoring", evaluates and analyzes the physical conditions of some adults who are the Han, Tibetan, Hui, Mongolian, Salar, Tu in Qinghai. The results indicate that the physical fitness is in an order (from good to bad) of the Mongolian, Han, Salar, Tu and Hui. Through comparison it is found that adults from different nationalities are different in body shape, physical fitness and function, which is related to their different residential environment, living habits and sports activities. Thus, it is suggested that according to the actual conditions and needs of different nationalities, physical exercises and health instructions should be strengthened. Meanwhile, we should promote the study on physical fitness and take some measures to develop traditional sports, thereby improving health of different nationalities in Qinghai Plateau.
