在教育教学中,关于教师与学生到底应该谁配合谁,争论由来已久。传统教育倾向于让学生配合教师,这不仅造成了教学主体的错位,也使教学过程和教学目标发生了偏移。现代教育倾向于让教师配合学生,但被指责为"儿童中心论"。其实真正的教育,应该是教师配合学生。这不仅是教育的终极追求,教学的内在需要,也是学生的主体性诉求。促进教师教学观念转变、发挥学生自主性、开展基于学生经验的教和促进学生特殊才能的发展有利于实现教师配合学生。

It has been a controversy for centuries that how to deal with the relationship between teacher and students in education. Students should be supervised extremely by teacher in traditional education. It not only caused the instructional subjects distorted, but also made the teaching process and teaching goals deflected. In modem education, on the contrary, teacher should teach according the reaction of students. But it was blamed as "student-centered" . In fact, modem educa- tion theory is more reasonable. It is the ultimate pursuit of education, internal requirement of instruction and also the basic need of students' growth. Promoting the transformation of teacher's teaching idea, guaranteeing the subjectivity of student, w developing experience-based instruction and fostering special talents of students are beneficial to the practices of that teach- ers meet students' need.
