学生满意度是提高高职教育吸引力的关键瓶颈,因而测评高职院校学生的满意度水平并探讨如何改善确有必要。通过全国高职院校大学生抽样调查数据分析我国高职院校大学生满意度的特点发现,学生整体上满意度较高且重要,学生对人的量表因子的满意度高于对制度与物的因子的满意度,学生个体变量对满意度具有重要影响。继续注重提升高职学生的整体满意度,进一步加大对高职人才培养的过程中人的因素重视,努力改善高职院校的基础设施和制度建设,注重个体变量对高职学生满意度的影响,可作为提升高职学生满意度的策略。

The satisfaction of students is the key to improving the attractiveness of higher vocational colleges, therefore, it is necessary to evaluate and improve students" satisfaction level. By analyzing the characteristics of higher vocational college students" satisfaction based on the data of national college student survey, it is found out that students" overall satisfaction is high and it is important for students" learning, students" satisfaction on the teachers and peers is higher than the satisfaction on the system and the material, students" individual variables have an important impact on satisfaction. To improve the satisfaction of students, the countermeasures are as follows: continuing to focus on improving the students' overall satisfaction, focusing on the importance of teachers and peers in the process of personnel training, improving the infrastructures and institutional constructions of higher vocational colleges, focusing on the impact of individual variables on the satisfaction of higher vocational college students.
