经济转型是资源型城市可持续发展的必经过程,而经济转型绩效的高低是度量资源型城市经济转型状况的重要指标。本文从经济、社会、资源、环境四个方面构建了资源型城市经济转型绩效评价的指标体系,运用层次分析法对白银、金昌两市经济转型绩效及经济、社会、资源、环境各指标进行了测算、比较和分析,从经济、社会、资源、环境四个系统协调发展,提出了实现可持续发展目标的几点建议。
經濟轉型是資源型城市可持續髮展的必經過程,而經濟轉型績效的高低是度量資源型城市經濟轉型狀況的重要指標。本文從經濟、社會、資源、環境四箇方麵構建瞭資源型城市經濟轉型績效評價的指標體繫,運用層次分析法對白銀、金昌兩市經濟轉型績效及經濟、社會、資源、環境各指標進行瞭測算、比較和分析,從經濟、社會、資源、環境四箇繫統協調髮展,提齣瞭實現可持續髮展目標的幾點建議。
경제전형시자원형성시가지속발전적필경과정,이경제전형적효적고저시도량자원형성시경제전형상황적중요지표。본문종경제、사회、자원、배경사개방면구건료자원형성시경제전형적효평개적지표체계,운용층차분석법대백은、금창량시경제전형적효급경제、사회、자원、배경각지표진행료측산、비교화분석,종경제、사회、자원、배경사개계통협조발전,제출료실현가지속발전목표적궤점건의。
The economic transformation of resources - based cities is necessary for sustainable development; the achieve- ment of economic transformation is an important indicator to measure resources - based cities. Firstly, based on econo- my, society, resource and environment, the paper establishes the achievement evaluation index system for resources - based cities. Then, measures, compares and analyzes the achievement of economic transformation and economy, secie- ty, resource and environment index of Baiyin and Jinchang city. At last, the paper puts forward some suggestions for the sustainable development and the coordination of the four areas of the two cities.
