梳理区域和谐持续性发展和人才支撑研究文献,基于系统理论构建区域和谐持续性发展与人才支撑复合系统,对复合系统理论作出假设和理论分析,研究复合系统的协调性。以山西和谐持续性发展为例,分析了复合系统的协调性,从人才支撑角度提出了实现山西和谐持续性发展的对策与措施。
梳理區域和諧持續性髮展和人纔支撐研究文獻,基于繫統理論構建區域和諧持續性髮展與人纔支撐複閤繫統,對複閤繫統理論作齣假設和理論分析,研究複閤繫統的協調性。以山西和諧持續性髮展為例,分析瞭複閤繫統的協調性,從人纔支撐角度提齣瞭實現山西和諧持續性髮展的對策與措施。

Such as Shanxi sustainable development of regional harmony, it analysis the coordination about complex system, then gives some strategies and measures from talent susteatation.
