我国自从加入WTO以来,外资在啤酒行业掀起一波接一波的并购浪潮。本文选取2001~2008年间我国啤酒行业633家啤酒企业的财务数据,采用DEA-Tobit两阶段回归模型,实证分析外资啤酒企业相对于国有、民营企业,是否具有更高的效率。实证研究显示：在三类所有制的啤酒企业中,民营啤酒企业效率最高,其次为国有企业,外资企业最低。

Since China join the WTO,the foreign capital has risen round after round of M＆A in China beer industry.This paper takes the annual financial data from 2001 to 2008 of China’s 633 beer companies,using the DEA-Tobit two stage regression model to analyze whether the efficiency of foreign beer companies is higher than the state-owned and private beer companies.However,the empirical result indicates that amount three kinds of ownerships beer companies,the efficiency value of the private beer companies is the highest,followed by the state-owned beer companies,and the foreign invested companies is the lowest.
