社会系统构成国家免疫系统的第三道防线,社会经济系统抗逆能力取决于社会分配公平、社会腐败、通货膨胀、就业状况和社会凝聚力等敏感因子。本文对45个样本国家的抗逆能力进行了定量评估与分析,研究表明:在45个样本国家中,有9个国家属于社会抗逆能力“较强国家”,有15个国家属于社会抗逆能力“一般国家”;有11个国家属于“较差国家”;有10个国家属于社会抗逆能力“脆弱国家”。中国在45个国家中排第16位,属于“一般国家”之列,说明社会抗逆是我国免疫系统中相对薄弱的一道防线,有针对性调控社会抗逆敏感因子,是快速提高国家免疫能力,保障我国健康可持续发展的关键。

The social system constitutes the third defense line of the nation immune system. The resilience of social economic system depends on some sensitive factors, such as the fair distribution of society, social corruption, inflation, employment situation and social cohesion. We assessed and analyzed the resilience of 45 sample countries. Studies show that in the 45 sample countries, there are nine countries belong to the "strong state" of social resilience; 15 countries belong to the "general state" of resilience ability; 11 countries belong to the "poor countries"; 10 countries belong to the "fragile states". China is ranked 16th in the 45 countries, which belongs to the "general state" column. It indicated the social resilience ability is a relatively weak defense line in the immune system of China. The key to rapid increase the immunity ability of China and keep health sustainable development is to regulate the social resilience sensitive factor.
