加强北京高校后勤队伍建设,是北京高等教育发展的迫切需要。针对目前北京高校后勤队伍建设中存在的主要问题,后勤管理部门应从优化队伍结构、培养专业人才、培育后勤文化、完善政策和法律环境等方面采取措施,进一步推进高校后勤和谐用工环境的构建,保证高校后勤的稳定和发展,从而为北京市高等教育的发展做出贡献。
加彊北京高校後勤隊伍建設,是北京高等教育髮展的迫切需要。針對目前北京高校後勤隊伍建設中存在的主要問題,後勤管理部門應從優化隊伍結構、培養專業人纔、培育後勤文化、完善政策和法律環境等方麵採取措施,進一步推進高校後勤和諧用工環境的構建,保證高校後勤的穩定和髮展,從而為北京市高等教育的髮展做齣貢獻。

The strengthening of the logistics team building in colleges and universities in Beijing is an urgent need of the development of Beijing＇ s higher education. In view of the main problems in the logistics team building, we must take steps such as optimizing team structure, training professional talents, cultivating logistic culture and improving the policy and legal environment, and promote the harmonious employment environment building, to ensure the stability and development of logistics of colleges and universities, so as to make a contribution to the development of higher education of Beijing.
