运用Matsumoto测定日EMGFT的方法对青少年足球运动员日EMGFT进行测试,目的在于验证肌电阈稳定性;检验EMGFT与LAT、VAT、HRT的相关性;探讨EMGFT无损伤测定无氧阈方法的可行性。方法:递增负荷实验确定LAT、VAT、HRT;肌电阈实验确定EMGFT。结果:EMGFT稳定性实验,两次均值分别为151.08±10.52W、153.56±12.93W,r=0.95(PG0.001),组间无显著性差异(P〉0.05);以VO2为参数,EMGFT、LAT、VAT、HRT均值分别为2481±463ml/mm、2507±501ml/min、2580±474m]/min、2610±517ml/min,EMGFT分别与LAT、VAT、HRT相关性检验r=0.97(P〈0.001)、r=0.91(P〈O.001)、r=0.76(P〈0.05),配对样本t检验P〉0.05、P〉0.05、P〈0.05;以功率为参数,EMGFT、LAT、VAT、HRT均值分别为157±20W、158±20W、162±21W、162±26W,相关性检验r=0.96(PG0.001)、r=0.93(PG0.001)、r=0.71(P〈0.05),配对样本t检验P〉0.05、P〉0.05、P〈0.05。结论:应用Matsumoto肌电无氧阈方法能很好地确定EMGFT,稳定性较好;EMGFT与LAT、VAT呈高度相关,出现时间顺序依次为EMGFT→LAT→VAT,EMGFT略早于LAT和VAT,呈一定的规律性,表明EMGFT可以用于检测无氧阈,具有无损伤、简单、易测等优点;HRT检测无氧阈不稳定,说明HRT不宜作为无氧阈的评定指标。

This paper measured the EMGFT of youth soccer players with the methods of deter- mination EMGFT of Matsumoto. Aim to testify the stability of determination of EMGFT with the method non-invasive. To discuss the relationship between EMGFT and LAT, VAT, HRT in in- crements load, then analyze and evaluate the feasibility of the method of measure AT. Meth- ods: Incremental load test to determine LAT, VAT, HRT; EMG threshold determined experi- mentally EMGFT. Results: EMGFT were 151.08± 10.52W, 153.56 ± 12.93W, respectively in the stability of EMGFT trial. There was a highly significant correlation(r= 0.95, P〈0.001). A paired t-test indicated that there was no statistically significant difference in the two trial(P 〉0.05). EMGFT, LAT, VAT and HRT during trial were 2481 ± 463 ml/min, 2507±501 rnl/rnin,2580±474 ml/min and 2610±517 ml/min as VO2 for parameter, respectively. There were a highly significant correlation between VO2 at EMGFT and VO2 at LAT(r= 0. 97, P〈0. 001) ,VAT(r=0.91 ,P〈0. 001), HRT(r= 0. 76, P〈0.05). EMGFT, LAT, VAT and HRT during trial were 157±20W, 158±20W, 162±21W and 162±26W as watt for parameter, respectively. There was a highly significant correlation between watt at EMGFT and watt at LAT(r= 0. 96, P〈0. 001), VAT(r= 0. 93, P〈0. 001), HRT(r= 0. 71, P〈 0. 05). Conclusion:By the use of the method of EMGFT which by Matsumoto invented, it indi- cates that the method may determinate EMGFT and very efficiency and stabilization. These data suggest that there were a highly significant correlation between VO2 or watt at EMGFT and VO2 or watt at LAT,VAT, HRT, and its order is EMGFT→LAT→VAT. These data indicate the method of determination EMGFT use to the determination of AT. It is a non-invasive simple and easy. The method of HRT was instability, it indicates that HRT not suitable to measure AT.
