对大学生进行“对话式”思想政治教育，是坚持“以人为本”指导思想的必然要求，是增强思想政治教育实效性的重大举措，是激发学生创造力的重要途径。为完善大学生思想政治教育的方法体系，应在把握“对话式”思想政治教育的基本理念和运用艺术的基础上，结合思想政治教育的具体特点，来运用对话的艺术。具体应从充分的准备、引人的开端、平等的态度、透彻的说理、灵活的应变和圆满的结尾这六个方面入手。
대대학생진행“대화식”사상정치교육，시견지“이인위본”지도사상적필연요구，시증강사상정치교육실효성적중대거조，시격발학생창조력적중요도경。위완선대학생사상정치교육적방법체계，응재파악“대화식”사상정치교육적기본이념화운용예술적기출상，결합사상정치교육적구체특점，래운용대화적예술。구체응종충분적준비、인인적개단、평등적태도、투철적설리、령활적응변화원만적결미저륙개방면입수。
Abstract：＂Conversational＂ ideological education complies essentially with the requirements of ＂people-often- ted＂ policy, an important measure of enhancing ideological education and a major means of stimulate creativity on the part of students. To perfect the methodological system of college student ideological education, it is crucial to establish application of this method and art on the basis of the characteristics of ideological education, fundamental conception and the art of ＂conversational＂ education. Specifically, there are six important aspects concerning ＂conversational＂ ideological education ： adequate preparation, an inviting beginning, attitude with a sense of equal-ity, thorough reasoning, flexible responses and perfect ending.
