依据信息社会对信息管理职能的需求分析,结合信管专业人才培养目标的定位,以实践能力的培养为主线,文章提出并设计了四年一贯制的＂虚拟企业＂教学与实践平台的教学改革方案,改革了专业主干课程的教学方式与评价方式,并引入了项目制教学法。教学改革的实践,证明了本教学与实践平台的良好效果,达到了教改方案的预期目标。
依據信息社會對信息管理職能的需求分析,結閤信管專業人纔培養目標的定位,以實踐能力的培養為主線,文章提齣併設計瞭四年一貫製的＂虛擬企業＂教學與實踐平檯的教學改革方案,改革瞭專業主榦課程的教學方式與評價方式,併引入瞭項目製教學法。教學改革的實踐,證明瞭本教學與實踐平檯的良好效果,達到瞭教改方案的預期目標。

Based on the need analysis to information management functions in information society, combined with high-quality professional training goal orientation, this article proposed and designed a four-years consistent teaching reform program - ＂virtual enterprise＂ platform for teaching and practice. Meanwhile, the teaching methods and evaluation of the main courses have been reformed, include the project-based teaching. The practice of our teaching reform has proved that the good effects of the teaching and practice platform to achieve the desired objectives of the reform program.
