当前,有神论在我国党政领导干部中的影响力有所增强,不少党政领导干部对封建迷信态度模糊,对宗教的包容度有所上升,而对科学无神论的认知度降低。同时,有神论对党政领导干部的马克思主义信仰产生冲击,其价值观取向呈多元化特点。面对当前党政领导干部的有神论信仰现状,针对党政领导干部的群体特征,以思想政治、科学理论教育为基础,以党政机关精神文明建设为条件,以激励和约束相结合的制度建设为保证,提出了具体可行的因应对策。

At present, the influence of theism increases among the government leading cadres. Many government cadres maintain an uncertain attitude towards the ancient superstition by showing some degree of understanding and tolerance. On the other hand, they know little about scientific atheism. Furthermore, theism has produced a strong impact to the government leading cadres＂ faith of Marxism and the dominant value systems. With the consideraton of the status quo of government leading cadres＂ theistic religion, and analyzing the characteristics of them, we should take the education of ideological and political, scientific theories as a basis, take the promoting of spiritual civilization in government or- gans as favorable conditions, and establish an incentive and restraining mechanism. Then come up with a feasible solution for constructing a Chinese ethnic spiritual homeland.
