大型体育赛事的流动性、短期性,知识产权的时间性、地域性、复杂性,致使其特许商品知识产权创造、运用与管理复杂化。经SWOT模型分析,由威胁、劣势、机会和优势等因素组合决定其战略管理模式。提出加强大型体育赛事特许商品知识产权创造环节管理:第一,选择合适的商标注册方式;第二,确保获得特许商品著作权,分清不同国家自动获得、注册登记等著作权取得原则,结合登记备案以确认权属与固定初始证据;第三,以吉祥物保护为例,分析以著作权、特殊标志、商标、专利等多种形式保护其知识产权。

The complexity of creation, utilization and management of licensed products of major sports events comes from the mobility, short-termism of major sports events, the timeliness, regional features and complicated- ness of intellectual property rights. SWOT analysis showed that strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats de- cided on the strategic management mode. Therefore, the process of creation of licensed products intellectual proper- ty management should be strengthened on the first hand. There should be proper trademark registration accesses. Copy right should be ensured and automatic obtainment and registration of copy right of different countries should he clarified with registration record. In this paper, the protection of intellectual property rights of licensed products of major sports events was analyzed from protection of copy right, special mark, trademark, and patent right etc.
