本文以框架理论为分析方法，从宏观的主题、中观的信息来源与媒介立场、以及微观的视听符号三个层面，分析药家鑫案件如何在不向的电视法治新闻中被建构，提出新媒体时代，议题和意义能否被准确建构、组织并展开，仍然需要新闻价值、客观、平衡等等常规性的理念和实践。

This research, based on the framing theory, indicates the ways of construction in varies TV legal news. It furthur analyses the theme, source of news and media-standpoints and audiovisual symbols at macro, medium and micro levels respectively. Meanwhile it also states that in the new media era, general principles and practices, like news value, objectivity and balancing, are still useful in constructing, organizing and extending issues and the meanings of the news.
