Under the influence of the revolution of teaching material concept, "teaching material redevelopment" arises and becomes an important way to solve the contradiction between the unity of teaching materials and the diversity of students' needs. Through the rational analysis of "teaching material redevelopment", it can be found that a certain relationship exists among curriculum standard, students' need, teaching materials and teachers. Based on this relationship, the process of "teaching material redevelopment" can be regarded as the procedure of text transform by teachers based on curriculum standard and the students' needs. Therefore, an analytical framework is constructed, which could provide rational support for teachers' teaching material redevelopment.
