德国在女性劳动者保护方面积累了丰富的立法和实践经验。反就业歧视法、非全日制工立法、家政工立法、生育保护法等法律从不同方面保护了女性劳动者的权利。与此同时，德国在反就业歧视法实施、家政工的保护、非全日制工的社会保险待遇、生育保护与雇主灵活性的协调等方面也面临挑战。我国应该借鉴德国的立法和经验，完善我国的反歧视立法，加强对非全日制工和家政工的保护，强化对妇女的生育保护，考虑引入育婴假。
德國在女性勞動者保護方麵積纍瞭豐富的立法和實踐經驗。反就業歧視法、非全日製工立法、傢政工立法、生育保護法等法律從不同方麵保護瞭女性勞動者的權利。與此同時，德國在反就業歧視法實施、傢政工的保護、非全日製工的社會保險待遇、生育保護與僱主靈活性的協調等方麵也麵臨挑戰。我國應該藉鑒德國的立法和經驗，完善我國的反歧視立法，加彊對非全日製工和傢政工的保護，彊化對婦女的生育保護，攷慮引入育嬰假。

Germany has rich experience in protecting women＇s labor rights in terms of its legislation and law enforcement. Women＇s labor rights in Germany has been protected by various laws and regulations concerning anti-discrimination, part-time work, domestic work, maternity protection, etc. However, Germany still faces some challenges with regard to enforcement of anti-discrimination laws, the protection of domestic workers, social insurance of part-time workers and the balance between maternity protection and flexibility of employment. Taking the legislation and experience in Germany for reference, China should develop its anti- discrimination legislation, strengthen the protection of part-time and domestic workers, further its protection of maternity and provide parental leave.
