文章将FDI携带技术区分为示范效应下的通用技术和竞争效应下的专业排他性技术,经对比回归检验发现,从产业间关联机制角度看,虽然两种性质的技术在我国内资企业产出效益层次都产生了显著的正向外溢,但对于新产品转化和原创技术层面,竞争效应下的专业排他技术未产生显著正向外溢效应,且外资在行业中的集聚水平越高,对内资企业产生抑制作用越大。

In this paper, technology from FDI is firstly distinguished into two types： general technology and specific technology which are under the demonstration effect and the competitive effect respectively. The regression results imply that the two types of technology have positive spillover effects on the output of our domestic enterprises, but the specific technology does not have significant positive spillover effects on our creation. In addition, the more agglomeration of foreign enterprises in our industry, the more depression will occur to our domestic enterprises.
