为完善我国食品安全追溯体系，基于食品供应链网络，建立数理模型分析初级农产品供给环节和最终食品供给环节的追溯水平对农户和制造商努力行为、食品安全事件预期损失等影响，以及追溯水平的网络效应。结果表明：两个环节追溯水平对农户的努力行为具有激励作用；而制造商的努力行为仅受到其自身环节追溯水平的激励；两个环节追溯水平的提高能够减小食品安全事件发生的可能性，同时追溯水平的效应体现了网络特征。
為完善我國食品安全追溯體繫，基于食品供應鏈網絡，建立數理模型分析初級農產品供給環節和最終食品供給環節的追溯水平對農戶和製造商努力行為、食品安全事件預期損失等影響，以及追溯水平的網絡效應。結果錶明：兩箇環節追溯水平對農戶的努力行為具有激勵作用；而製造商的努力行為僅受到其自身環節追溯水平的激勵；兩箇環節追溯水平的提高能夠減小食品安全事件髮生的可能性，同時追溯水平的效應體現瞭網絡特徵。
위완선아국식품안전추소체계，기우식품공응련망락，건립수리모형분석초급농산품공급배절화최종식품공급배절적추소수평대농호화제조상노역행위、식품안전사건예기손실등영향，이급추소수평적망락효응。결과표명：량개배절추소수평대농호적노역행위구유격려작용；이제조상적노역행위부수도기자신배절추소수평적격려；량개배절추소수평적제고능구감소식품안전사건발생적가능성，동시추소수평적효응체현료망락특정。
This paper builds the mathematical models to analyze the effect of the traceability levels of the primal agricultural products supply and the final food supply on the efforts of the farmers and the manufactures, the expected loss of the food safety affairs and so on, and the network effect of the traceability levels based on the food supply chain network for the improvement of the food safety traceability system. The results show that the traceability levels of the two links have incentive effect on the efforts of the farmers, the efforts of the manufactures are affected by the traceability level of only the link themselves, the traceability levels of the two links can reduce the probability of the food safety affairs occurring, and the effect of the traceability levels has the feature of network.
