采用近景定机三维摄像测量法、三维运动学分析法,对济南全运会前3名女子铅球运动员进行技术解析。结果表明::滑步阶段李玲左腿摆动与右腿蹬伸配合不合理,李玲与李梅菊右脚看地瞬间身体重心速度和铅球速度差值较大,影响了超越器械动作的效果。过渡阶段3名运动员右髋速度均大于左髋速度,有利于髋横轴对肩横轴的超越和身体肌群的有效拉长。最后用力阶段3名运动员右髋、右肩、右肘和铅球4个环节的速度逐渐增加,用力顺序合理,但加速能力不同。3名运动员铅球离手时左侧撑蹬技术均不甚理想,存在着不同程度的屈髋屈膝现象,影响了用力效果。

채용근경정궤삼유섭상측량법、삼유운동학분석법,대제남전운회전3명녀자연구운동원진행기술해석。결과표명::활보계단리령좌퇴파동여우퇴등신배합불합리,리령여리매국우각간지순간신체중심속도화연구속도차치교대,영향료초월기계동작적효과。과도계단3명운동원우관속도균대우좌관속도,유리우관횡축대견횡축적초월화신체기군적유효랍장。최후용력계단3명운동원우관、우견、우주화연구4개배절적속도축점증가,용력순서합리,단가속능력불동。3명운동원연구리수시좌측탱등기술균불심이상,존재착불동정도적굴관굴슬현상,영향료용력효과。
The method of close-range machine three-dimensional camera and three-dimensional kinematics is adopted to analyze the technique of top 3 shot putters in Jinan National Games. The result shows that in the slide stage, the highest speed of LI ling swinging leg appear in the right pedal from the earth mo ments,left leg swinging way is not reasonable. The moment of LI Ling and LI Mei-ju right foot hit the ground body center of gravity velocity and shot put velocity are more differ and affect outstrip apparatus operative effect. The three athletes' right coxa velocity are greater than left coxa velocity in transition pe riod which is advantageous to coxa axis of abscissae's making longer to be available of the outstripping of shoulder axis of abscissae and the body muscles. The three athletes' right coxa, right shoulder, right el bow and velocity of 4 links are gradually increased, and this is the performance of high horizontal tech- nique character of athlete. Three athletes' left supporting pedal techniques is not very ideal, the moment of shot exists different degree of hip flexion bending phenomenon, which impact the force effect.
