人本思想是中外思想智慧的共同结晶,人本宪政则是＂以人为本＂思想和宪政价值理念的有机统一。从人的自主自由到参与自由、创造自由,人本宪政包含了经济、政治和文化等多层面的含义,是人类保存自身、发展自身再至完善自身的过程,体现了宪政的人本精神。我国1982年宪法2004年修正案,是我国人本宪政建设的重要里程碑。目前,我国人本宪政建设取得了一定成就,但也遭遇了不少现实难题,明确建设重点、确立建设目标是我国人本宪政建设的当务之需。

The human-oriented ideology is the co-crystallization of domestic and foreign ideological wisdom, and the organic unity of ＂human-oriented＂ ideology and constitutional values. From the autonomy and freedom to participation in political issues, and to freedom creation, human-oriented constitutionalism contains various levels of economic, political and cultural meanings, which reveals its development from self-reservation to self-development and eventually to the self-purification. 2004 Amendment of the 1982 Constitution is an important milestone of the construction of human-oriented constitutionalism. Presently, China has made considerable achievements in human-oriented constitutionalism construction despite quite a few problems. Therefore, what is crucial to human-oriented constitutionalism is to clarify the priorities and to set the goals.
