课堂语码转换是语言教学过程中一种普遍的现象。对大学英语课堂语码转换所作实证调查表明,教师和学生对教师课堂语码转换的实际情况反馈结果略有差异,但对课堂语码转换的总体态度及其作用、原因和影响因素的认识基本一致。最后本文就如何有效运用课堂语码转换以促进对目标语的"教"与"学"的问题,提出了建设性的建议:针对教师的"适时适量运用母语"和"顺应课程内容和学生实际情况"原则;针对学生的"目标语优先"原则。

Classroom code-switching is a common phenomenon in language classroom.Our empirical study on this matter reveals that there is slight difference between teachers’ and students’ feedbacks on teachers’ classroom code-switching,but that both participants hold similar attitudes towards classroom code-switching,and show general agreement on functions,reasons,and affecting factors of classroom code-switching.This paper ends with some constructive suggestions on how to effectively use classroom code-switching to improve the teaching and the learning of the target language.To be specific,teachers should follow the principles of "using L1 at right time with appropriate amount" and "adapting to the course and students’ situations",whereas students need to practice the principle of "target language first".
