In order to make supporting Tibet through education more effective, the writers made field investigations and found that the main problems hindering the development of mathematics education in junior middle schools of Tibet are source of students, language, teachers' training and the pressure of entering high school. Suggestions are proposed to improve the way of "sending experts to Tibet to train Tibetan teachers" and enhance studies on language used in mathematics teaching at primary and middle schools.
