经济法的定义特别是调整对象研究，是经济法学特别是经济法总论研究中的核心问题，对其进行学术史考察价值显著。学界有关经济法定义特别是经济法调整对象的研究及其成果的梳理，可以从研究视角类型化人手。三十多年来特别是1992年以来，学界从主体、行为、特质和定义规则等视角的研究及其成果具有较高的共识，成为中国经济法学走向成熟的重要标志。
經濟法的定義特彆是調整對象研究，是經濟法學特彆是經濟法總論研究中的覈心問題，對其進行學術史攷察價值顯著。學界有關經濟法定義特彆是經濟法調整對象的研究及其成果的梳理，可以從研究視角類型化人手。三十多年來特彆是1992年以來，學界從主體、行為、特質和定義規則等視角的研究及其成果具有較高的共識，成為中國經濟法學走嚮成熟的重要標誌。

The study of the definition of economic law, especially the study of object adjusted by economic law, is the core issue in the study of economic law, especially in the study of economic jurisprudence. The study of their academic history is of significant value. In the academic circles, the study on the definition of economic law, especially the study on the objects adjusted by economic law, can start from the typed perspectives. Over the past three decades, especially since 1992, the academic circles have achieved a high consensus about the study and its findings from the perspective of subject, behavior, characteristics and rules of definition, which has become an important sign of the maturity of Chinese economic law.
