近年来，中国企业跨国并购迅速增加，投资金额持续扩大，得到越来越多人的关注。本文对2011年中国企业在全球155个国家303件跨国并购案例进行拟合研究，结果表明，一国（地区）经济社会发展水平对中国企业跨国并购的投资选择影响最大，即HDI平均每增加一个单位，将使并购案例数平均增加4．5个百分点。
近年來，中國企業跨國併購迅速增加，投資金額持續擴大，得到越來越多人的關註。本文對2011年中國企業在全毬155箇國傢303件跨國併購案例進行擬閤研究，結果錶明，一國（地區）經濟社會髮展水平對中國企業跨國併購的投資選擇影響最大，即HDI平均每增加一箇單位，將使併購案例數平均增加4．5箇百分點。
근년래，중국기업과국병구신속증가，투자금액지속확대，득도월래월다인적관주。본문대2011년중국기업재전구155개국가303건과국병구안례진행의합연구，결과표명，일국（지구）경제사회발전수평대중국기업과국병구적투자선택영향최대，즉HDI평균매증가일개단위，장사병구안례수평균증가4．5개백분점。
There is a rapid increase about Chinese enterprises cross border Mergers and Acquisitions both in number and investment amount in recent years and it got more and more concerns. In this paper, Poisson model, zero expansion Poisson model, negative binomial model and zero expansion negative binomial model are used to analyze Chinese enterprises 303 cross border Mergers and Acquisitions in 155 countries. We find that economic and social development level has the biggest influence on Chinese enterprises cross border Mergers and Acquisitions, if HDI increases one unit, the average deal number will increase by 4. 5%.
